Most of our clients learn during the program to recognize food products suitable and unsuitable for their direction of nutrition, introduce new, previously unknown food products into their diet and change their eating habits for the better. An integral part is education on "functional" food, which is recommended during reduction and facilitates the customer's transition to a new way of nutrition.
