Currently, Ridpest is the leading player in the Malaysian pest control industry. It even has an in-house entomologist – a specialist in insect biology – who customers can turn to for advice in dealing with pests. With an excellent track record, Ridpest is now a household name in Malaysia. In 2000, it was named the first authorised Malaysian operator of the Sentricon Termite Colony Elimination System, a title licensed by Dow AgroSciences in the United States.
