Nicknamed the “McDonald’s of the IT training world”, NIIT is a company that specialises in building manpower for the global industry by cultivating skills of individuals and organisations in various areas. It was established in 1981 with an initial objective to help overcome the human resource challenges faced by the then relatively new IT industry. Over the years, it has expanded its range of courses to keep up with the demands of the industry.

To date, NIIT not only offers IT courses but also a wide range of training solutions in Business Process Outsourcing, Banking, Finance and Insurance, Executive Management Education and Communication and Professional Life Skills to the public and institutions across 40 countries, with a total of 5 million students annually.
