Overview

It started in 2002 with one of its own Blue outlets in the city of Surabaya, and the Blue franchise pilot project in 2003 in the city of Jakarta. And after realizing seven Blue outlets that have proven successful, the Blue Water Depo Franchise was officially offered to the public in October-November 2006 under the banner of PT. Blue Universe Eternal as a Franchisor organization.

Carrying the Blue Vision of “Growing to Lead the Refill Drinking Water Market through the Correct Application of Business and Humanitarian Principles”, Franchise Biru made a monumental step as the first to offer a franchise format in drinking water depots in Indonesia (Rekor Muri 2007). By prioritizing its excellence in mastering authentic 100%-Ozone-Technology (Rekor Muri 2007) which guarantees the technical quality of its drinking water, and accompanied by tangible evidence of business success, the Blue Franchise continues to grow. In August 2020, the Blue franchise network succeeded in breaking the benchmark limit of 500 Blue outlets, spread across 9 provinces and 36 cities in Indonesia, plus one research and development outlet in the city of Sacramento, California - United States.

In 2019, the Blue Franchise launched the 10-Year-Acceleration-Growth program for the development of the Blue Drinking Water Depot network to achieve the target of 2500 Blue Outlets by 2028. This growth acceleration program is intended to build momentum for accelerating success for all Blue Franchisees. It is hoped that through the acceleration of success, the Blue Franchisor can enjoy earlier success and enjoy it for a longer period of his life.

This growth acceleration program faced real challenges in the first half of 2020, namely the prolonged Covid-19 pandemic. Approaching the second semester of 2020, the acceleration of Blue's growth is getting stronger and more real. This shows that the business of the Blue Drinking Water Depot is an Anti-Crisis business, namely a business that can survive the crisis that hit.
