
Ayam Bakar Mas Mono is the brainchild of Bapak Agus Pramono (Mas Mono) in 2001. After acquiring an empty space in front of the Sahid University, Mas Mono decided to open his own Ayam Bakar Kalasan stall. With the help of PT. Panen Raya Indonesia, the brand was turned into a franchise and continued to grow across South East Asia; expanding its wings to the Philippines and most recently opened its doors to Malaysia in November 2012. To date, there are over 50 outlets across Jakarta.
